Led and scaled the design organization from 7 to 17 specialists (UX, UI, Research, Writing, Illustration) across 10 international markets. Reported directly to the VP of Design in San Francisco. Owned design strategy, org health, hiring, and delivery across BOLD's full product portfolio.
Built leadership structure from scratch: established 3 design leads, each owning a dedicated practice area (UX/Research, UI/Design System, Top-of-Funnel).
Contributed to double-digit YoY revenue growth across 2021, 2022 and 2023 as design's direct business impact.
Maintained and evolved a multi-brand, multilingual Design System enabling simultaneous experimentation across 4 brands and 10 language variants, an uncommon capability.
Championed UX Research infrastructure: introduced Dovetail as a centralized research repository enabling data-driven decisions at scale.
Oversaw end-to-end design of Sonara.ai, an acquired product redesigned and launched under BOLD from concept to release.

Led the first market launch of the CV Creator platform under the InterviewMe and ZenResume brands, from MVP to fully experiment-driven production.
Designed the logic, dashboard, and user flows for Social Card within Zety.com, a feature that became the foundation for Bold.pro.
Restructured the Product Department via cross-functional retrospective, introducing self-organizing groups accountable for their own OKR-driven metrics.
Initiated Design System development for the platform from scratch.
Implemented Hotjar and introduced automatic session tagging via Google Tag Manager, allowing PMs and designers to observe user behavior within specific A/B test variants.
Designed and facilitated a modified Design Sprint that delivered a winning A/B test result.
